The setting: Early morning, pre-daycare while I was hurriedly trying to clean the kitchen.
The conversation:
Loodle (3) {Obviously excited}: “Mom, look – my smile is touching MY EYES!!”
Me {After processing her excited lilt}: “It sure is hon. That’s one big smile!”
1 minute later, camera in hand (in the living room now)…
Me: “Loodle, show me that smile again please.”
Loodle {While posing, of course}:
“See Mom – IT TOUCHES MY EYES!!”
Fair enough…may we all smile so big, especially at 7 am:)
