Cinnamon Sugar-Dusted Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls

Two things my kiddos can’t get enough of?  Cinnamon sugar AND peanut butter.  Once I decide to make popcorn balls, these two additions just seemed “natural”:) These were our Friday Fun Food at daycare during Grandparent’s Week.  Why?  Because popcorn balls were my mom’s favorite treat from last year.  They turned out DELICIOUS!!!

These are definitely worth making and easy to do with kids – just make sure you help any little “helpers” find and remove the old maids (unpopped kernels).  I had to text my client a warning once I realized our old-maid-finding-skills were lacking that day – no broken teeth on my watch:)  Want the recipe?  Feel free to print the Cinnamon Sugar-Dusted Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls Recipe or “Pin It” for future use!

No Friday Fun Food recipe would be complete with out a few cute kid photos, right?  The girls loved watching the popper.  Little Man enjoyed the view from afar;)

Thanks for taking a look!  If you try them, please tell me what you thought…feedback always appreciated!

Blue Skies & Blessings,

Lindsey
